Telehealth Visits

If you are looking for general advice on aging pets, nutrition, and mobility, or if you are trying to assess your pet’s quality of life lets set up a visit to discuss your needs.

Things I can help with via Telehealth

  • Helping you determine if your animal needs to see a veterinarian right away, if you can wait, or if there is anything you can safely do at home

  • Assessing quality of life and discomfort in your pet

  • Discussing ways to keep your pet happy, comfortable, and active as they age

  • Discussing ways you can modify your home to make it easier for your aging or injured pet to get around

  • Helping you determine when it is time to say goodbye to a sick, aging, or injured companion

Please note that according to Colorado law I am not able to diagnose or prescribe for patients in a telehealth visit unless we have an active Veterinary Patient Client Relationship (VPCR), meaning I have examined your animal in person in the last year.

If on the telehealth call we decide that your pet needs to be seen in person, I can set up an in-home visit or refer you to a local veterinarian who can help. I am also happy to consult directly with your local veterinarian (see Sports Medicine Consultation option below).
